I don’t know about you, but I tend to get in a rut with snacks.  It feels so hard to find something that tastes good, fills me up and doesn’t take forever to make.  These apple nachos are a great solution!  They are quick to whip up, have a good balance of carbs, fat and protein to keep you full, and taste delicious.  Have some apple nachos for your snack today!  Check out my recipe for homemade granola to sprinkle on top.

Apple Nachos

These apple nachos make a yummy and filling snack!

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • ¼ cup homemade granola
  • chia seeds


  • Slice an apple into about 8 pieces and arrange on a plate.
  • Heat the nut or seed butter in the microwave for a few seconds to make it pourable, and then pour over top of the apple slices.
  • Top with homemade granola and sprinkle chia seeds over the top.
