When you work with me, we’ll talk about food choices, gut health, how to deal with stress, decreasing your exposure to toxins, living in sync with your body’s cycles, and honoring your body’s wisdom. We’ll use tools such as cycle tracking, yoga, lifestyle shifts, and diet changes to get your body in balance. As you make small, sustainable changes, you will see your body and mind change, your energy and joy increase, and your overall health blossom!
