Women’s bodies and hormones are complex, but healing them doesn’t have to be!  When you work with me, we’ll talk about food choices, gut health, how to deal with stress, decreasing your exposure to toxins, living in sync with your body’s cycles, and honoring your body’s wisdom.  We’ll use tools such as cycle tracking, yoga, lifestyle shifts, and diet changes to get your body in balance.  As you make small, sustainable changes, you will see your body and mind change, your energy and joy increase, and your overall health blossom!

My style of health coaching is rooted in the principle of bio-individuality, the idea that every body is unique.  We’ll work together to learn what your body needs, set individualized goals and create personal action steps to keep you moving on your journey to wellness.  I believe in getting to the why behind the changes you want to make and creating thought and action patterns that lead to lasting change.
